AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, AiTANSAS; AMViDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED,
THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE; AND FOR OTHER PUF)OSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
'SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the following properties
be, and they are hereby, changed as indicated:
Tract 4—A Property bounded by East 4th Street, Ferry Street, East
Capitol Avenue, and Commerce Street; being Blocks Eighteen (18) and Nineteen
(19) of Pope's Addition; from "D" Apartment and "J" Light Industrial Districts,
to "F" Commercial District.
Tract 4 —B Property at 2709 Center Street; being Lot Three (3) of Block
Seven (7) of Liberty Hill Addition; from "B" Residence District to "C" Two—
family District.
SECTIOT`. 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No. 5420 as
amended, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled "District Map"
be, and they are hereby, amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.
