AN ORDINANCE AMMEN-DING ORDINANCE NO. 101 662, S&E BEING "AN ORDINANCE
ACCEPTING THE RECOMMENDATION OF TITS LITTLE ROCK PLANNING COMMISSION
RESPECTING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A LAND USE PLAN, AND RELATED MATTERS;
ESTABLISHING SAID PLAN; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES" BY ENCOMPASSING THE
TERRITORY BETWEEN THE CITY LIMITS AND THE BOUNDARY OF THE PLANNING
AREA INTO THE LAND USE PLAN OF THE LITTLE ROCK PLANNING AREAy AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. A resolution adopted by the Little Rock Planning Commission on
February 6, 1958 entitled: "A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING AId AMENDMENT TO
THE "LAND USE FLAN OF THE LITTLE ROCK PLANNING AREA" ENCOMPASSING THE TERRITORY
BETWEEN THE CITY LIMITS AND THE BOUNDARY OF THE PLANNING AREA" is hereby accepted
as the recommendation of said Commission respecting the matters therein set forth.
SECTION 2. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 10,662 is hereby amended to read as
follows:
SECTION 2. There is hereby established a plan to be known as the "Land
Use Plan of the Little Rock Planning Area ", which plan is shown on a map
bearing said title and further identified as "Map "A"" and bearing the
following certificates duly signed:
"This plan was approved and adopted by the Little Rock Planning Com-
mission at a meeting held on October 10, 1957.
James H. Larrison, Chairman
Thomas R. Burleigh, Secretary
"This plan was approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas at a meeting held on October 28, 1957.
Woodrow W. Hann, Mayor
W. C. Ware, City Clerk"
Said plan is further shown on a map bearing the title "Land Use Plan of
the Little Rock Planning Area" and further identified as "Map "B"" and bearing
the following certificates duly signed:
"This plan was approved and recommended favorably to the Little Rock
Planning Commission by the Pulaski County Planning Board at a meeting held
on January 3, 1958

mission at a meeting held on February 6, 1958.

Together with such other maps, documents, ordinances, or orders as may from
time to time be prepared and adopted, all pursuant to Act 186 of 1957 of the
General Assembly of the State of Arkansas.
SECTION 3. A copy of Ordinance No. 10,662, as amended by this ordinance,
together with a copy of 11Yap "B"" referred to herein, shall be filed in the office
of the Recorder of Pulaski County as required by Act 186 of 1957 of the General
Assembly of the State of Arkansas.
SECTION /+. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval, and filing.
