AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS AND CONTRACT FOR PAVING OF WEST
13th STREET BETWEEN BROADWAY AND GAINES STREETS; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to advertise, take bids and contract for the paving
of West 13th Street between Broadway and Gaines Streets in
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
