AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS AND CONTRACT FOR THE LEGAL
PUBLICATION OF ANY AND ALL MATTERS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, WHICH BY LAW REQUIRES PUBLICATION; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to advertise, take bids and contract for the legal publication
of any and all matters of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, which
by law requires publication.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed acid this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
