AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS AND ENTER INTO A DEPOSITORY
AGREEMENT WITH A BANK OR BANKS APPROVED BY THE STATE
BANK COMMISSIONER FOR THE HANDLING OF PUBLIC FUNDS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, OF WHATEVER NATURE;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to advertise, take bids and enter into a depository agreement
with a bank or banks approved by the State Bank Commissioner for
the deposit and handling of public funds of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, of whatever nature.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
