•- SECTION 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 5767 is hereby a-

mended to read as follows:

"Section 1. From and after the passage and approval

0 of this ordinance, each person, firm or corporation owning
A and /or keeping a dog or dogs within the City Limits of
the City of Little Rock shall pay an annual license tax

for each dog in the amount of Three Dollars ($3.00) per
annum, said tax being due and payable on the first day
of June of each year."
"Upon the payment of said license fee, the owner or
keeper of any dog shall be entitled to have said dog
vaccinated against rabies in the City Hall. If the
owner or keeper of any dog or dogs desires to have said
dog or dogs vaccinated against rabies in the place where
said dog or dogs are kept or at any place other than the
City Hall or City Pound, an additional fee of One Dollar
($1.00) per dog shall be due and payable."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect, after it's passage and approval.
