AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE FINANCE CO` .fITTEE OF
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO ADVERTISE AND TAKE BIDS FOR A-.-BLANKET
HONESTY BOND COVERING ALL EMPLOYEES AND OFFICIALS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTICK 1. The Finance Committee of the Board of
Directors is hereby authorized and requested to advertise for
and take bids for a blanket honesty bond covering all employees
and officials of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
