AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE FINANCE COMMITTEE OF
THN BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PURCHASE
CERTAIN SUPPLIES FOR THE CITY POUND, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CI'rY BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Finance Committee is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and purchase
the following items for the City Pound as follows to-wit:
10,000 Dog License Tags
300 Blank Dog License Tags
10,300 Links
10,000 Dog License Receipts
1 Gross Alcohol
6,000 Doses Rabies Vaccine
4,000 Medium Size Cotton Balls
2 Dozen 5 -CC Syringes
4 Dozen Hypodermic Needles
Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
