SECTION Is That the Finance Committee of the Board of
Directors is hereby authorized and requested to advertise, take
bids, and contract for the necessary repairs for the bonier at
the Material Yard so that It wil;1 pass the State Bolter Inspection.
The sum of One Thousand Dottars ($1,000.00) is hereby appropriated
from the Street Fund for this purpose.
SECTION 2: That atI ordinances and parts of ordinances In
conflict herewith are hereby repeated, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
