AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FIVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED
DIOLLARS ($5,900.00) FOR PAYMENT OF FIRE HOSE TO BE USED BY THE
LITTLE ROCK FIRE DEPARTMENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
HE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That :the sum of Five Thousand Nine Hundred
Dollars ($5,900.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund
to purchase fire hose in accordance with Ordinance No. 10,689,
passed December 16, 1957, payable as follows:
$4,650.00 to B. F. Goodrich Company
$1,250.00 to Eureka Fire Hose Div. of U. S. Rubber Co.
Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
