AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWO THOUSAND FIVE
HUNDRED SEVENTY EIGHT DOLLARS AND SIXTY SIX CENTS ($2578.66)
TO PAY FM ONE -HALF YEAR'S INSURANCE PREMIUM AND FISCAL FEES
CST CITY -OWNED BUILDINGS AS AUTHORIZED BY ORDINANCE NO. 1095639
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECT ^RS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTIM 1. That the sum of $2,578.66 is hereby
appropriated, payable to the Union Nati ona Bank of Little Rock,
Arkansas, for one -half year's insurance premium and fiscal fees
on City -owned buildings.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
