AN ORDINANCE AUTHMIZING AND DIRECTING THE FINANCE
C*MITTEE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, TO
PURCHASE TRAFFIC LIGHTS NOT TO EXCEED FOUR HUNDRED
DOLLARS ($400.00)9 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
EE IT ORDAINED BY THE BDARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION I. That the Finance Committee
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby
authorized and directed to purchase traffic lights
not to exceed $400.00.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed
and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
