AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE FINANCE COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS
FOR AND PURCHASE 2,500 FEET OF 21 INCH FIRE HOSE AND
1,060 FEET OF 11 INCH FIRE HOSE FOR USE OF THE LITTLE ROCK
FIRE DEPARTMENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCS, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Finance Committee of the City
of Little Rock, is hereby authorized and directed to advertise,
take bids for, and purchase 2,500 feet of 21 -inch fire hose
and 1,000 feet of 11•*inch fire hose for use of the Little Rock
Fire Department,
SECTION 2, All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith and hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval,
