10688ORDINANCE NO. 10,688 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14 OF ORDINANCE NO. 900060 AS AMENDED, SAME BEING EMPLOYEES' PAYROLL ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That Section 14 of Ordinance No. 9,006, as amended, is hereby amended to read as follows: "SECTION 14. The duties of the Meter Enforcement Officers (Female) and Patrolmen Meter Enforcement Officers (Male), provided for in Section 1 above, shall be assigned by the Chief of Police, and the said salaries paid to said employees shall be paid out of the Parking Meter Fund. SECTION 3.
