AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE Std OF $2313.97 FROM THE

GUTTER AND .THE NECESSARY 0EADtRS ON WEST 13TH STREET BETWEEN
BROADWY AND. GAINES}AND_.FQR 07HER PURPOSES...

the Board of Public Affairs to advertise, take bids, and award
the contract to the tow bidder, and,
VINEREAS, Artie Gregory, Contractor, Inc., was awarded this
contract, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIREC70RS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of Twenty —
Three Hundred Thirteen Dollars and ninety —Seven Cents ($2313.97)
from the Street Funds to pay for approximately Fourteen Hundred
(1440) lineal feet of curb and gutter and the necessary headers
on West 13th Street between Broadway and Gaines as authorized by
Ordinance No. 10,601 dated 29 July 57.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to issue the City *s warrant in the sum of $2313.97
payable to Artie Gregory, Contractor, Inc., to beadrawn on the Street
Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in con -
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
