AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NO. 622 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, parties claiming to be the owners of more than two
thirds in assessed value of the real property located within the
territory hereinafter described have filed a petition praying that
an improvement district be established for the purpose hereinafter
set out; and
WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law, the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, has heard all the
parties desiring to be heard, and has ascertained that said petition
was signed by more than two thirds in assessed value of the owners
of real property within said territory; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas:
SECTION 1. There is hereby established an improvement district
embracing the following property in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
to -wit;
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, of Block 1;
Lots 1 to 3, inclusive, of Block 4;
All in Marshall & Coffman's Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas;
Lots 1 to 3, inclusive, of Block 3 of
Owens & Worthen Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas;
Lots 10 to 12, inclusive, of Block 4 of
Patrick Powers Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas;
Lots 7 to 12, inclusive, of Block 1 of
French Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas;
Part of the SEA SE's of Section 5, Township 1 North,
Range 12 West, described ass Beginning at the
Northwest corner of said SEh SEh; thence South 176
feet; thence East 160 feet; thence North 176 feet;
thence West 160 feet to the point of beginning;
for the purpose of grading, draining, curbing, guttering and paving
with concrete curbs, gutters +and pavement, the following part of the

following street in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, to wit:
BROWN STREET from the south line of West 8th
Street to the north line of West 10th Street;
and that the cost thereof, over and above any aid received from any
agency of the federal or city government, be assessed and charged
upon the real property above described.
Said district shall be known as "Street Improvement District
No. 622 of Little Rock, Arkansas," and Floyd C. Sell, Calvin P.
Martin, and Darrell A. Rock are hereby named Commissioners, who
shall compose the Board of Improvement for said District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
