WHEREAS, the Judge of the Traffic Division of the Little
Rock Municipal Court has suspended the fines of the following
named persons and ordered the moneys collected from the said
persons to be -refunded,

Rock desires to comply with the said Order of the said Court,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDl:INED BY THE BO'�,RD OF DIRECTORS

SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of Two
Hundred Eighty -five Dollars and nifty Cents ($235.50) as a re-
fund of the traffic fines collected payaLie to the named persons
in the amounts shown below:
