ORDINANCE NO. 10,846
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS
AMENDED; THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby, changed as indicated:
Tract 12 -A Property from the center of the nine hundred (900)
block on Arch Street to West 11th Street; being lots four (4), five
(5), and six (6), block one hundred and twelve (112), lots one (1)
through six (6), inclusive, block one hundred and eleven (111),
lots seven (7) through twelve (12), inclusive, block one hundred and
thirty -two (132), lots seven (7) through nine (9), inclusive, block
one hundred and thirty -one (131), all Original City of Little Rock,
Arkansas; from "D" Apartment District to "H" Business District.
Tract 12 -B Property at the northeast corner of West 12th and
Bishop Streets; being lot five (5) and lot six (6), block four
hundred and nine (409), Lincoln Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas; from "C" Two - family District to "D" Apartment District.
Tract 12 -C Property at U. S. Highway #65 and 38th Street; being
blocks one (1) through nine (9), inclusive, Granite Mountain Light
Industrial Subdivision; from "B" Residence and "F" Commercial Districts
to "I" Light Industrial District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance; Ordinance No.
5420 as amended, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled
"District Map" be, and they are hereby, amended to the extent and in
the respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
