AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 (ONE) OF ORDINANCE NO.
8810, SAME BEING "AN ORDINANCE WAIVING THE BUILDING
PERMIT FEES FOR CHURCHES AND CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS,
AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT TO ISSUE
SUCH PERMITS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. "; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Section 1 (one) of Ordinance No. 8810, same
being "An ordinance waiving the building permit fees for churches
and charitable institutions, authorizing the City Engineering
Department to issue such permits, and for other purposes. ",
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 1. The fees for building permits for churches
and charitable institutions are hereby waived, subject
to the approval of the Director of Public Works."
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict here *ith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
