AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THAT PART OF SECTION 1 A OF
ORDINANCE NO. 7444 PERTAINING TO THE ANNUAL PRIVI-
LEGE TAX FOR VARIOUS BUSINESSES, PROFESSIONS OR
OCCUPATIONS IDENTIFIED HEREIN; REPEALING ORDINANCE
NO 7504; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That part of Section 1 A of Ordinance No. 7444
SECTION 2. That part of Section 1 A of Ordinance No. 7444
which reads as follows:
"Automobile Service Stations, per pump
(Includes the operation of Battery
Charger, Cold Drink Box, Wash Rack,
and a stock of accessories up to
$500.00) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $17.50"
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Automobile Service Stations, per pump
(Includes the operation of Battery
Charger, Cold Drink Box! Wash Rack,
and a stock of accessories up to

Provided* however, that in those instances where an automobile
repair shop is operated in connection with another business and
where only one (1) mechanic is employed and where the revenue
from the automobile repair shop is not more than twenty —five per
cent (25 %) of the combined gross revenue from both enterprises
then a tax of $15.00 for the operation of said automobile repair
shop shall be charged,"

Is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Real Estate Sales Firms and Rental Agencies:
Each Broker or firm member. $25.00
Each salesman or agent. • a $15.00"
SECTION 5. Ordinance No. 7504 and all other ordinances and
parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and
this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
