AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FORTY THREE AND
N01100 DOLLARS ($43.00) AS A REFUND OF TRAFFIC FINES
COLLECTED PAYABLE TO THE NAMED PERSONS IN THE AMOUNTS
SHOWN; AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER AND
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY WARRANTS
THEREFOR; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Judge of the Traffic Division of the Little Rock
Municipal Court has suspended the fines of the following named
persons and ordered the moneys collected from the said persons
to be refunded,
AND WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock
desires to comply with the said Order of the said Court,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of Forty
Three and No /100 Dollars ($43.00) as a refund of the traffic fines
collected payable to the named persons in the amounts shown below:

SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance are
hereby authorized and directed to execute the necessary warrants
for the payment of moneys appropriated in Section,l herein.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
