AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
5420 AS AMENDED; THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties by and are hereby changed as indicated.:
Tract No. 2 -A Southeast corner of Oakwood Road and Rose-
wood Circle, being lots nine (9), ten (10), eleven (11)9 twelve
(12), and thirteen (13), Oakwood. Manor Addition to the City of
Little Rock; from "B" Residence District to "D" Apartment
District.
Tract No. 2 -B Southwest corner of High and 24th Streets,
being lots one (1), two (2), three (3), and four (4) and the
north one hundred twenty (120) feet of the east one -half (1/2)
of five (5), the south one hundred fourteen (114) feet of five
(5), the south one hundred fourteen (114) feet of six (6), block
twenty (20)9 Fleming and. Bradford's Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas; from "C" Two - family District to "F" Com-
mercial District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance; Ordi-
nance No. 5420 as amended, and the map referred to in Section
2 thereof entitled "District Map" be, and. they are hereby
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage and approval.
