AN ORDINANCE TO APPOINT A COMMISSIONER TO FILL
A VAVANUY ON BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF SEDER
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 130 OF LITTLE ROU,
ARKANSAS.
a WHEREAS, five owners of real property located in Sewer
Improvement District No. 130 of Little Rock, Arkansas, have
petitioned the Board of Directors of the City.of Little Rock,
Arkansas, to fill a vacancy on said Board of (Commissioners
created as the result of Commissioner Bob Hickman ceasing to
be a property owner in said District; and
WHEREAS, said petitioners have recommended the appoint-
ment'of Ona Rea Eldridge, a property owner in said District,
to fill said vacancy; and
WHEREAS, a certificate of Beach Abstract and Guaranty
Company is attached to said petition corroborating the same;
' NOY, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Ona Rea Eldridge is hereby appointed a
Commissioner of Sewer Improvement District No. 130 of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
