AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS
AMENDED; THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and are hereby changed as indicated:
TRACT NO. 4 -A 3820 Hill Road; being lots four (4), five (5),
six (6), seven (7) and eight (8); block fourteen (14); Pulaski Heights
Addition; from "B" Residence District to "D" Apartment District.
TRACT NO. 4 -B East side of Center Street between 11th and 12th
Streets; being lots seven (7), eight (8), nine (9), ten (10), eleven
(11), and twelve (12); block one - hundred ninety six (196); Original
City of Little Rock; from "F" Commercial District and "D" Apartment
District to "I" Light Industrial District.
TRACT NO. 4 -C Northeast corner of Washington and West 30th Street
being lots seven (7) and eight (8); block eight (8); Riffel and. Holder's
Second (2nd) Addition; from "B" Residence District to "I" Light In-
dustrial District.
TRACT NO. 4 -D Southwest corner of 5th and Cedar Streets; being
lots one, (1), two (2), three (3), four (4), and five (5); block two
(2); Reyburn and Wright's Addition; from "D" Apartment District to
"E -1" Quiet Business and Institutional District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance; Ordinance No.
5420 as amended, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled
"District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in
the respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
