AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS
AMENDED; THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKAN5 AS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. 5-E Northeast corner of Parker and 6th Streets,
bEing the south fifty (50) feet of lots ten (10), eleven (11),
and twelve (12); block nineteen (19); Garland Addition; from "C"
Two - family District to-'IF" Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance; Ordinance
No. 5420 as amended, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof
entitled "District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
