AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS: AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING
ORDINANCE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1, That the zone classification of the following properties be and are
hereby changed as indicated„
Tract No. 6 -A Northeast corner of 25th and Schiller Streets, being lot nine(9),
block ten (10), Sheldonts Addition from "C" Two - family District to "F" Commercial
District,
Tract No. 6 -B Generally being in the 3500 block on the north side of Roosevelt
Road being a tract of land in the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW-4 S J
of Section 8, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, County of Pulaski, and State of Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the north line of Roosevelt Road, 600 feet south
88 001 east and 30.0 feet north 20 OOt east from the southwest corner
of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW4 SEA), Section 8,
T -1 -N, R -12 -W, County of Pulaski, and State of Arkansas; thence north 20
OOt east 300 feet to a point; thence south 880 OCT east 60 feet; thence
north 20 OOt east 95 feet; thence south 880 001 east 205 feet; thence
south 20 00t west 245 feet; thence north 880 COT west 225 feet; thence
south 2 OOt west 150 feet; thence north 880 001 west 40 feet, more or
less, to the point of beginning; from "F" Commercial District and "B"
Residence District to "H" Business District.
Tract No. L -A 3820 Hill Road, being lot nine (9), block fourteen (14), Pulaski
Heights Addition, from "B" Residence District to "D" Apartment District.
Tract No. 3 -A 4,901 through 4519 Asher Avenue, being lots four (4) through
fifteen (15), inclusive, block four (4), Remmelts Addition; from "F" Commercial District
to 111I" Light Industrial District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance; Ordinance No. 5420 as amended,
and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled "District Map" be, and they are
hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
its passage and approval.
