UTHE REAS, there has been proper legal advertisement for bids
for the purchase by the City of 10 �.luminu-in Ladders for the Fire
Department of the City of Little Rock; and
WHE R`J.S, the bid of American LaFrance Company of One Thousand
Four Hundred Forty grid No /100 Dollars ($1,440.00) is the low bid
submitted therefor;
NO�l THEREFORE, DE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTOI.S OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE 'HOCK, d',RKAIIISAS :
SECTION 1. The bid of American LaFrance Company for 10

Thousand Four Hundred forty and No/100 Dollars ($1,440.00) is
hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. There is herelLy appropriated from the Fire Station
Improvement Fund the suns of One Thousand Four Hundred Forty a-.-id
No /100 Dollars ($1,440.00) payaLle to <smerican LaFrance Company.
SECTION 3. Tie City 1 a.iager and Director of Finance are
here'Lly authorized and directed to execute t=-ie necessary warrants
in payment thereof.
SECTION 4. x,11 ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full
:once and effect from and after its passage and approval.
