AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 10,942, DESIGNATING
THE ZONE CLASSIFICATION IN SECTION 1, TRACT 8 -A op SAID
ORDINANCE; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the property
described below in tract 8 -A of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 10,942
is hereby changed to read as follows:
"Tract 8 -A. All that property between Broadway and
Spring, West 24th and West 25th Streets, being all of
block three (3), E. W. Gibbs Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas and all of Block twenty -six (26),
Fulton' s South Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas; from "C" Two Family District to "F" Commercial
District."
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance; Ordinance
No. 5420 as amended, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof
entitled "District Map" be, and they are hereby, amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the changes
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
