AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF SIX HUNDRED SIXTY THREE
AND N0 1100 DOLLARS ($663.00) TO RUSSELL BROWN & CO., CERTIFIED
PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS, IN PAYMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES RENDERED
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES,
WHEREAS, Russell Brown & Co., Certified Public Accountants, has
rendered professional services in connection with an audit requested
by the City, which are in addition to those previously contracted for,
and
WHEREAS, THE City desires to compensate Russell Brown & Co. for
said services;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of Six Hundred
Sixty Three and No /100 Dollars ($663.00) payable to Russell Brown
& Co., Certified Public Accountants, in payment for professional
services rendered to the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the necessary warrant or warrants
in payment of the money appropriated in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
