AN ORDINANCE AMENDING VARIOUS SECTIONS HEREINAFTER MORE PARTICULARLY
IDENTIFIED OF ORDINANCE NO. 103,882, SAME BEING THE BUDGET ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK FOR THE YEAR 1959, BY TRANSFERRING AND
APPROPRIATING VARIOUS SUMS OF MONEY FROM AND TO CERTAIN SECTIONS
AND ACCOUNT NUMBERS HEREINAFTER IDENTIFIED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following Sectinns of Ordinance No. 10,882 are hereby
amended as shown so as to transfer and appropriate from and to the indi-

The moneys herein appropriated by this Section shall be paid from the
Street Fund of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 3. It has been determined that the transfer of various
sums of mmney in the Budget for the City of Little Rock for the
Year 1959 are necessary and vital in order to maintain a sound
fiscal policy within the City, and that this Ordinance will
accomplish the same; therefore, an emergency is hereby declared to
exist and this ordinance being necessary for the preservation of
public peace, health and safety shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval; and all ordinances and parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
