AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED:
THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be and is hereby, changed as indicated:
Tract No. 12 -A West side of Polk Street between "R" and Kavanaugh
and the southeast corner of Kavanaugh Boulevard and Taylor Street, being
lots one (1), two (2), three (3), four (4), five (5), six (6), ten (10),
eleven (11) and twelve (12) , block four W., Mountain Park Addition; from
"A" one-family District and "D" Apartment District to "F" Commercial
District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance; Ordinance No.
5420 as amended, and the map referred to in. Section. 2 thereof entitled
"District Map" be, and they are hereby, amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in.
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
