AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED;
THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. 14 -A 4414 Asher Avenue, being lot four (4), block nine
(9), Riffel and Holder's Second Addition, from "F" Commercial District
and "B" Residence District to "I" Light Industrial District.
Tract No. 14 -B 1021 West 10th Street, being the west one hundred
(100) feet of lots one (1) and two (2) and the west one hundred (100)
feet of the north forty (40) feet of lot three (3), block two hundred
sixty -six (266), Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "D"
Apartment District to "E -1" Quiet Business and Institutional District.
Tract No. 14 -C Generally being that property along Roosevelt
Street between Kavanaugh Boulevard and Perryville Highway, being lots
one (1), two (2), three (3), and four (4), block four (4); lots one (1),
two (2), three (3), and six (6), block five (5); lots nine (9), ten
(10), eleven (11), and twelve (12), block six (6); lots seven (7) through
twelve (12), block three (3), all in Forest Park Addition, from "A" One -
family District to "C" Two - family District.
Tract No. 14 -D East side of Spring Street between West 11th and
West 12th Streets, being lots one (1) through six (6), block one hundred
ninety -six (196), Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "D"
Apartment District to "I" Light Industrial District.
Tract No. 14 -E West side of Center Street between West 12th and
West 13th Streets, being lots six (6) through twelve (12), block one
hundred ninety -five (195), Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from
"D" Apartment District to "I" Light Industrial District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance; Ordinance No.
5420 as amended, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled
"District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in the

respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for
in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
