AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 42 A (1) arid 42 B (2) OF
ORDINANCE NO_. 10,682, SAME BEING THE BUDGET ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK FOR THE YEAR 19 9, BY PROVIDING
FOR A CLERK- TYPIST II IN THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,

SECTION 1. Section 42 A (1) of Ordinance No. 10,882, same being
the Budget Ordinance of the City of Little Rock for 1959, is hereby
amended to read as follows:
'SECTION 42. PLANNING
A. Summary

(1) Salaries $11,353 $13,139.50 $13,189.50"
SECTION 2. Section 42 B (2) of Ordinance No. 10,882 is hereby
amended to read as follows:

B. DETAIL OF SALARIES
is needed in the Planning Departient of the Cit -1T of Little Rock in order
to provide for the proper and efficient management of the Planning De-
partment of the City of Little Rock and this ordinance will correct the
said condition; now therefore, an emergency is hereby declared to exist
and this ordinance being necessary for the preservation of public peace,
health and safety shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval; and all ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed.
