AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 1099299 SAME BEING AN ORDI-
NANCE ESTABLISHING THE MASTER STREET PLAN OF THE LITTLE ROCK
PLANNING AREA, BY AMENDING THE CLASSIFICATIONS AND PROPOSED RIGHT -
OF -WAY WIDTH OF PORTIONS OF CANTRELL ROAD AND LINCOLN AVENUE;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission has submitted to the
Board of Directors a report of recommendations respecting the amend-
ment of classifications and, proposed right -of -way of portions of
Cantrell Road. and Lincoln Avenue; and
WHEREAS, said report was adopted after due notice and public hear-
ing as required by law; and
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock is desirous of accepting said
recommendations;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE 'ROCK, ARKANSAS;
SECTION 1. Chart 1, Map A, and Map B of the P'Iaster Street Plan,
adopted. pursuant to Section 2 of Ordinance No. 109929, are hereby amend-
ed to change the classification of Cantrell Road between West Rock and
Lincoln Avenue, and the classification of Lincoln Avenue between
Cantrell Road and La Harpe Boulevard from Class B -21 Expressway, to
Class D -2, Primary Collector, and to change the proposed right -of -way
of said streets from one hundred fifty feet (150') to sixty feet (601)
and the additional right -of -way required from ninety feet (901) to
zero feet (01).
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and. approval.
