AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 10,774,
SAME BEING:
"AN ORDINANCE TO ABANDON AND VACATE A PORTION OF
ARTHUR STREET SITUATED BETWEEN BLOCK 14 AND BLOCK
15, PLEASANT HILLS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
AND WHICH EXTENDS NORTH FROM "H" STREET TO "I" STREET:"
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 10,774, same being:
"An ordinance to abandon and vacate a portion of Arthur Street situated
between Block 14 and Block 15, Pleasant Hills Addition to the City of
Little Rock, and which extends North from "H" Street to "I" Street ",
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereby
releases, vacates and abandons all its rights together with the
rights of the public generally in and to the street designated
as follows:
That portion of Arthur Street (originally desig-
nated as Morrison Street on the official plat
recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 122 of the Pulaski
County Records), which divides Blocks 14 and 15,
Pleasant Hills Addition to City of Little Rock
and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Block 14,
Pleasant Hills Addition to the City of Little
Rock, run thence South along the east line of
Block 14 to the Southeast corner of said Block
14; thence run East to the Southwest corner of
Block 15 of said Pleasant Hills Addition; thence
run North along the west line of Block 15 to the
Northwest corner thereof; thence run West to the
point of beginning."
SECTION 2. A copy of this ordinance duly certified by the
City Clerk shall be filed in the office of the Recorder of the
County and recorded in the Deed Records of the County.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
