AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED;
THE LITTLIs ROCK ZONING ORDINANCES AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW THEREFORES BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCKS ARKANSAS!
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following pro-
perties be and hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. 16 -A 700 East 9th Street, being lot sixteen (16)S block
two (2), Johnson's Addition, from "D" Apartment District to "E -1"
Quiet Business and Institutional District.
Tract No. 16 -B Southeast corner of Taylor and "A" Street, being lots
one (1) and two (2), block eleven (11), Pfeifer's Addition, to the
City of Little Rock, from "D" Apartment District to "E -1" Quiet
Business and Institutional District,
Tract No. 16 -C 1321 Lincoln Avenue, being lot four (4)9 except the
west 10' thereof, Week's Subdivision, of block three - hundred and
fifty -nine (359), Original City, from "D" Apartment District to
"E -1" Quiet Business and Institutional<;District.
Tract No. 16 -D Southwest corner cf University Avenue and "H" Street,
being lots seventy -four (74)9 seventy -five (75), seventy -six (76),
seventy -seven (77), and seventy -eight (78)9 replat of Tract "A ",
Ridgecrest Manor Addition, from "D" Apartment District to "E -1" Quiet
Business and Institutional.Distriot.
SECTION 2. That the Littie Rock Zoning Ordinance; Ordinance No.
5420 as amended, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof, entitled
"District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for
in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
forec from and after its passage and approval.
