AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS
AMENDED; THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION.1. That the zone classifications of the following
properties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. 2 -A - 524 E. 24th Street, 6049 6069 610, and 614 E.
24th Street, being lots eleven (11), twelve (12), thirteen (13),
and fourteen (14), block thirty -five (35), Braggts Second
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and lot nine (9),
block five (5), Fulkts Subdivision, from "B" Residence District,
to "C" Two - family District.
Tract No. 2 -C - All of block one (1) except lots five (5), six
(6), and seven (7), Garland=s Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, generally being that property bounded by E. 3rd
Street, John Avenue, Bond Avenue, and E. 4th Street, from "C"
Two - family District to "I" Light Industrial District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance
No. 5420 as amended, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof
entitled "District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
