AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE
CITY OF LITTLk: ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
5420 AS AMENDED; THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION I. That the zone classifications of the follow-
ing properties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. 1 -F - NW corner of University Avenue and "H" Street;
SE quarter of Block sixteen (16), Pleasant Hill's Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "D" Apartment
District to "E -1" Quiet Business and Institutional District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance,
Ordinance No. 5420 as amended, and the map referred to in
Section 2 thereof entitled "District Map" be, and they are'
hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section
1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
