RESIGNATION OF MR. DALE MINOR.
WH,42—EAS, it appears that Dale Minor, heretofore appointed as a
Commissioner of Street Improvement District No. 591 of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, has subsequently resigned, causing a vacancy on
the Board of Commissioners of said Street Improvement District No. 591;
NOW, T X ORE:, B]-"� IT ORDAIND BY TIE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That James V. Griffin of 1422 South Fillmore Street,
Little Rock, Arkansas, be and he is hereby appointed as A Commissioner
of Street Improvement District No. 591 of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, in the place and stead of Dale Minor.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
