AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 10,881 PERTAINING TO THE
POSITION OF DETECTIVE - SERGEANT; REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 11,06.5
IN ITS ENTIRETY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED By THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Article III, Section 1, par. B, (2), a, 3, of Ordinance
No. 10,881, same being an ordinance providing for position classifications,
is hereby amended to read as follows:

SECTION 2. All persons holding the position of Detective - Sergeant on
the effective date of this ordinance shall continue to hold the position
subject to all rules and regulations promulgated by ordinances and regula-
tions of the City of Little Rock and the Civil Service commission of the
City of Little Rock, and shall be identified as Detective - Sergeant
notwithstanding the passage of this ordinance. All future assignments to
the position identified in Section 1 hereof shall carry the title of
Patrolman /Investigator as set forth in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. Ordinance No. 11,065 in its entirety and all other
ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
