SECTION y. The City attorney is hereby ordered and directed

herewith are hereby repealed.

SECTION 4. It has been found and determined that the safety
of the citizens of the City of Little Rock is jeopardized by
reason of the narrow width of University,- Avenue and that the
condemnation of these parcels of real property will enable the
widening of said University Avenue so as to reduce said traffic
hazard; now therefore, an eraergency is nere0y declared to exist,
and this ordinance L)e� ng necessar. for the preservation of pu - ±-Lc
peace, healtri a-.-d safety shall be in full foE -ce and effect from
and after its passage and approval.
