AN ORDINANCE AN!4ENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. 11,011
BY PROVIDING FOR A CURATOR AT THE NATURAL HISTORY MUSEUM AND
FOR A TENNIS COURT ATTENDANT AT THE ROBERT G. WALKER MEMORIAL
TENNIS CENTER; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Section 23 F (1) a of Ordinance No. 11,011, same
being the budget ordinance of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for
the year 1960, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 23. Parks & Recreation

amended to read as follows:

SECTION 6. Section 23 H ( 3) , Section 23 H ( 4) and Section 23 H (5)
of Ordinance No. 110011 are hereby amended to read as follows:

(3) TOTAL ALL SALARIES 10,846
(4) SOCIAL SECURITY 102
(5) TOTAL SALARIES & SOCIAL SECURITY 110,948. if
SECTION 7. It has been determined that a Curator at the Natural
History Museum and a Tennis Court Attendant at the Robert G. Walker
Memorial Tennis Center are needed in order to provide for the proper
and efficient management of the Parks & Recreation facilities in the
City of Little Rock and this ordinance will correct the said condition;
now therefore, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this
ordinance being necessary for the preservation of public peace, health
and safety shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval; and all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby 14epealed.
