AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF TWENTY THOUSAND
AND N01100 DOLLARS ($200000.00) FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED.
SURPLUS IN THE GENERAL FUND TO THE PUBLIC BUILDINGS CON-
STRUCTION FUND; APPROPRIATING SAID SUM OF MONEY TO VARIOUS
PROJECTS WITHIN SAID CONSTRUCTION FUND; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby authorized the transfer of Twenty
Thousand and N01100 Dollars ($20,000.00) from the unappropriated
surplus in the General Fund to the Public Buildings Construction
Fund.
SECTION 2. From the moneys transferred in Section 1 to the
Public Building Construction Fund, the sum of Ten Thousand and
No /100 Dollars ($10,000.00) is hereby appropriated to Project
30 - Police Buildings and Ten Thousand and No /100 Dollars
($109000.00) is hereby appropriated to Project 38 - Remodeling
City Hall.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
