AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, - ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED :, THE LITTLE
ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the following properties
be and are hereby changed as indicated:
Tract No. 8 -C - 1217 Scott Street, described as lot four (4) and the north
one. -half (N?) of lot five (5), block twenty -two (22), Original City of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "E" Apartment District to "E -1" Quiet Busi-
ness and Institutional District.
Tract No. 8 -D - 815 Bishop, described as the west forty (40) feet of the
south fifty (50) feet of lot four (4) and the south fifty (50) feet of lots
five (5) and six (6), block four hundred and twelve (412), Compton's Sub-
division of block four hundred and two (402), four hundred and three (403),
four hundred and twelve (412), and four hundred and thirteen (413) of
Lincoln's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "D" Apartment
District to "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No. 5420 as
amended, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled "District Map"
be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
