AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE.. ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
5420 AS AMENDED; THE LITTL.: ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the following
properties be and are hereby changes ad indicated.
Tract-No. 7 -A - 223 North Ash Street, described as lot ten (10),
block six (6), Glendale Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, from "B" Residence District to "C" Two- family District.
Tract No. 7 -B - An area bounded by West 4th Street, Victory Street,
West 5th Street, and °Woodlane, being all of lots one (1) through
twelve (12), and the east one -half (E2) of lot thirteen (13),
all in block three hundred and forty -three (343), Barton's
Subdivision to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "D" Apart-
ment District to "E -1" Quiet Business and Institutional Distrtt.
Tract No. 7 -C - 1608 'West 3rd Street, being lot nine (9), block
five (5), Deaf Mute Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
from "G -1" Commercial District to "E -1" Quiet Business and
Institutional District.
Tract No.7 -D - 1721 West 2nd Street, being lot_six (6) „ block
five (5), Deaf Mute Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
from "E -1" Quiet Business and Institutional District to "G -1"
Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance
No. 5420 as amended, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof
entitled "District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
