BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOLiZD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be
and are hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. 11 -A 6011 Lee Street, the west part of the east one -half of the
north one -half of the north one -half of the northeast one - fourth of the northeast
one - fourth (E2, N2, 1;2, i�IE4, --E4) of Section one (1) Township One (1) North,
Range Thirteen (13) West Little Rock, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows: Beginning; twenty (20) feet south and one hundred sixty five (165) feet
west of the northeast corner of the northeast one - fourth of the northeast one - fourth
(NE I, NEI), Section One (1) and run thence west one hundred forty five (145) feet,
thence north one hundred forty -four and eighty -seven one hundredths (144.87) feet
to the point of beginning, from "A" One- family District to "E -1" quiet Business and
Institutional District.
Tract No. 11-B 900 East Ninth Street, described as lots seven (7) and eight
(8) block one (1) Woodruff ,Lddition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "C"
Two- family District to "F" Commercial District.
Tract No, 11 -C Northeast corner of Fair Park Boulevard and Asher Avenue, more
particularly described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the east right -
of way line of Fair Park Boulevard and the south right -of -way line of Lucie Street,
thence south two hundred sixty eight .(268) feet along the east right- of -wair line of
Fair Park Boulevard, to the point of beginning, thence northeasterly along a line
forty (40) feet south of and parallel to the south line of block twenty -seven (27),
C. 0. Brack's Addition_, one hundred ninety five ar eight one hundredths (195.8) feet;
thence southeasterly at a ninety (90) degree angle three hundred eighty and one e4ae_

SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No. 5420, as
amended and the map referred to in Sectionithereof entitled "District Map" be, and
they are hereby amended to the extent and in the res?ects necessary to effect and
designate the changes provided for in Section One (1) hereof.
