AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STREET IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 625 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, parties claiming to be the owners of more than two-
thirds in assessed value of the real property located within the
territory,hereinafter described, have filed a petition praying that
an improvement district be established for the purposes hereinafter
set out; and
WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law, the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, has heard all parties
desiring to be heard, and has ascertained that said petition was
signed bynore than two - thirds in assessed value of the owners of
real property within said territory; now, therefore,
BE iT ORDAINED by the Board of Directors of the City of Littl'
Rock, Arkansas:
SECTION 1. There is hereby established an improvement district
embracing the following property In the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
to -wit:
BLOCK LOTS
334 1, 2, 11, 12
335 5, 6, 7, 8
for the purpose of grading, draining, curbing, guttering, and paving,
in such a manner and with such materials as the Commissioners to be
elected for said improvement district shall deem to be for the best
Interest of the district, the following parts of the following streets
In the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, to -wit:
West Second Street
From the South line of Pulaski to the North pavement line of
Victory Street,
and that the cost thereof, over and above any aid received from any
agency of the federal or city government, to be assessed and charged
upon the real property above described, provided, the liability of each
lot or tract of land shall be limited to its assessed benefits.

Said District shall be known as "Street Improvement.District
No. 625 of Little Rock, Arkansas ", and Raymond Robinson, John
B. Thompson, and Thelma Lumpkin, are hereby named Commissioners, who
shall compose the Board of Improvement for said district.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
