ORDIVANCE AAD FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OP .DIRECTORS Or THE CITY Or LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be
and are hereby changed as indicated.
Tract 'o. 130 1114 South Elm Street, described as lots one (1), two (2),
three (3), and the north one -half 02) of four (4), block four (4), Jansen's
:addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "B" residence District to
"F" Commercial District.
Tract Ao. 13 -B 1808 north Want Street, described as lot four (4), block
nine (9), Tountain Park Addition to the City of Little rock, Arkansas,from "A"
One- family District to "r" Colnraer.cial District.
SEC`1'_IjN 2. That the Little Aock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No. 5420 as amended,
and the map referred to in Sa ction 2 thereof entitled "�istrict Lap" be, and they
are hereby- amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SxsCTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
