AN ORDINANCE PLACING CERTAIN CITY EMPLOYEES UNDER CIVIL
SERVICE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES..
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. In addition to those positions designated as sub-
ject to Civil Service, the following classifications in the Civil
Defense Department of the City of Little Rock shall be added effective
January 1, 1961:

SECTION 2. The classification hereby made subject to the
Civil Service shall enjoy all of the benefits thereof and shall be
subject to all the pertinent rules and regulations set forth ac-
cording to law by the Civil Service Board.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
