AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING TWO THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED
AND N01100 DOLLARS ($29100.00) FOR PURCHASE OF EQUIP-
MENT TO THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH; AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 11,139; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from unappropriated
surplus in the General Fund to the Department of Public Health,
Account No. 168, the sum of Two Thousand One Hundred and No /100
Dollars ($2,100.00) for the purchase of equipment for use in and
by the said Department.
SECTION 2. Section 21.C.(6)b. and e., of Ordinance No.
11,139, same being the Budget Ordinance of the City of Little Rock
for the year 1961, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 21. General Fund - Milk & Dairy 168
